Warehouse / Cool Chain
Our warehouse facilities are found in the industrial freight zone of Basel, Switzerland.Only 15km away from Basel Euro Airport, shipments can be quickly dispatched or picked up by worldwide freight forwarders and courier services.Orders can be prepared for transit/bounded and using our freight agents, we can offer competitive transport costs by truck or airfreight.
We offer a fully temperature controlled cooled storage and handling warehouse to allow freeze (-15c to -20c), cool chain (+2c to +8c) and room temperature (+15) products to be prepared, inspected and onwards shipped.For European customers, we have daily truck and airfreight temperature controlled transportation services to all European countries.For international customers, we have daily airfreight services offering temperature controlled cool chain from our warehouse to final port of destination. We are experienced in using Envirotainers with various airliners and can offer this service for bulk shipments.
Our warehouse staff performs strict SOPs on incoming and outgoing shipments.These include product inspection; physical count; customs documentation; transit passage; and safe transfers for cool and non-cool shipments to outgoing forwarders or airliners.
EU products in EU circulation
Although based in Switzerland, RCC Pharma AG also carries an EU VAT and sales tax ID number which allows us to keep EU products in EU circulation, at no additional cost.This is particularly important for those clients distributing EU products within European countries.
International shipments
RCC Pharma AG is experienced in supplying countries in the Middle East, South America, CIS, Europe, West/South Africa and Asia.We understand local country requirements regarding pack specifications; MOH documentation; import regulations; and can assist clients in sourcing competitive products that meet these requirements.With the support of our Swiss freight agent, we have access to global airports, transit zones and free trade zones to ship products hassle free.
